Capitol Hill is a Class A urban mixed-use project located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The project consists of 108 units with 6,642 square feet of retail in 7 stories. As a new development in the Pike Pine Triangle, Capitol Hill is strategically located to take advantage of the density and diversity of the Capitol Hill neighborhood.

The project is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, bars and night clubs, and has easy access to local employment centers including Downtown Seattle, First Hill, the University of Washington, Seattle University and South Lake Union. Capitol Hill is popular with a variety of renters including the young affluent urban professionals. The appeal of Capitol Hill will increase with the opening of a new street trolley in 2015 and the opening of a light rail station in 2016.

RM/d was brought in as a partner to source the joint venture equity, structure the transaction and co-develop the project which opened June 1st, 2014, on time and on budget. As of June 12th, the commercial space is fully leased and the residential lease-up is exceeding expectations.  This project has been a highly successful collaboration of RM/d, a local Seattle developer and a New York based investor.
